ACCOUNT TERMS
a) You must be 15 years or older to use this Service.
b) You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
c) You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
d) You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Miss Mafia cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
e) You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have access to your account).
f) You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
g) You must provide a privacy policy on your mobile application to inform your end users and visitors of the privacy practices of your mobile application. You may supply your own; provided, however, if you do not, STMMFASHION LLC reserves the right to supply one for you or terminate your account and its services to you, in its sole discretion.
COPYRIGHT & CONTENT OWNERSHIP
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by using the STMMFASHION LLC application to create your mobile application, you agree to allow others to view and share your Content.
STMMFASHION LLC does not pre-screen Content, however STMMFASHION LLC and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.

PRICING
Customers will be charged in their default currency depending on which region their IP address and shipping country falls under. For those customers with payment methods not denominated in these currencies, the final price paid will depend on the exchange rate on the day the purchase has been made.
Any promotion code issued to you cannot be transferred onto a new order and we do not offer cash or store credit alternative. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be related at the time of issue.
While we provide our pricing guidelines to our wholesale retailers, which we will follow business wide, we are not responsible for the prices they may decide on. We are therefore unable to price match any retailer.
We are committed to fair and transparent pricing and we are not obligated to issue any form of refund. However, should you still be within your returns period and we are still offering the item to purchase on our website, we may consider the merits of each individual case. Each case must be presented to us first before an exchange or refund is offered and given,
As we are an international company based in the USA, any transactions placed outside of the USA may appear as international. Depending on your payment method, you may be subjected to a bank fee and as this is a bank charge we regret we are unable to influence this. Please note these fees are non-refundable by us and not fees that we set out.
