1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We don’t accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or colour choice
  • Accidental purchases
  • Personalised or custom items

Please triple-check your cart before checking out—we love you, but we’re not your edit button.

2. Mistaken Purchases

We get it—mis clicks happen. However:

  • We are not responsible for replacing or refunding items purchased in error
  • Please double-check your order before checkout to avoid mistakes
  • Delivery costs for mistakenly ordered products are the customer’s responsibility

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on sale items or personalised/custom orders.

4. Faulty Items

If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right.

a) Reporting a Fault:

Email orders@missmafia.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please include a description of the fault and clear photos, if possible.

b) Assessment & Outcome:

We’ll review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
This may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

c) Returns Process:

If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

d) What’s Not Covered:

Items damaged through transportation, misuse, neglect, or abnormal use are not eligible for refund, repair, or exchange.

  • Store credit, depending on your preference
